By accessing and/or using this CAMPUS portal you take on the capacity of USER, and accept, from the time of the accessing and/or use thereof, the General Terms and Conditions of Use laid down herein. The said Terms and Conditions shall apply independently of any Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be binding, where applicable.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL: will provide access to a variety of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter the “content”) on the Internet, which belong to CAMPUS, the creator of the website, or to its licensers, to which the USER may have access. The USER accepts responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary for accessing certain services or content. When carrying out such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of such registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she is responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use thereof. The USER undertakes to make proper use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that CAMPUS offers through its portal, including, but not limited to, not using them (i) to engage in activities that are illicit, illegal, or contrary to good faith or public order; (ii) to distribute content or literature that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic/illegal, in defence of terrorism or in breach of human rights; (iii) to cause damage to the hardware and software systems of CAMPUS, the creator of the website, of its suppliers or of third parties, to bring computer viruses or any other hardware and software systems that could cause the aforementioned damage onto the network or disseminate them through it; and (iv) to try to access and, where applicable, use the e-mail accounts of other users, or to modify or manipulate their messages. CAMPUS reserves the right to withdraw any comments or contributions that breach respect for human dignity; that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic; that endanger young people or children; that violate public order or safety; or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. Under no circumstances shall CAMPUS be liable for opinions expressed by users by means of the forums, chat rooms or other participation tools.


CAMPUS complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and of the Spanish legislation in force, and seeks to ensure proper use and processing of the USER’s data. Without prejudice to what is stated in each of the forms on, whenever the USER provides his/her personal data, he/she is expressly authorising CAMPUS to process his/her personal data for whatever purposes are stated therein. The USER or his/her representative may exercise his/her right to access, rectification, erasure or objection, by means of a written and digitally signed request sent to the registered office of CAMPUS. uses cookies.   • The date and time of the last time the USER visited our website;
  • The design of content that the USER chose on his/her last visit to our website;

Pursuant to the Articles 8 and 32(1) paragraph two of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the making available by any means, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the consent of CAMPUS, are expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by CAMPUS. He/she may view the elements of the portal and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard disk of his/her computer or any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for his personal or private use. The USER shall refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protective or security system that may be installed on the CAMPUS website.


Under no circumstances will CAMPUS accept liability for damages of any nature that may derive from, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in the content, the unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses, or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite all the necessary technological measures to prevent it having been taken.


CAMPUS reserves the right to make, without notice, any modifications to the portal that it may deem appropriate; it may change, delete or add both any content provided by means thereof and the way in which such content is displayed or located in the portal.


Should display any links or hyperlinks to other websites, CAMPUS will not exercise any form of control over said sites or content. Under no circumstances will CAMPUS accept liability for the content of any link belonging to a website owned by a third party, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, truthfulness, validity or constitutionality of any material or information included at any of the said hyperlinks or other websites. Likewise, the inclusion of such links to other sites shall not imply any form of partnership or merger with, or stake in the linked-to bodies.


CAMPUS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and/or services offered without notice, on its own initiative or that of a third party, from any users who breach these General Terms and Conditions of Use.


CAMPUS will bring any civil and criminal proceedings that may be legally available to it in response to any breach of these terms and conditions, and to any improper use of the portal.


CAMPUS may amend the terms and conditions hereby laid down at any time, which are duly published as they appear here. The said terms and conditions will remain in force for the length of time stated; they shall remain valid until amended by other duly published terms and conditions.


The relationship between CAMPUS and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.
